No. There is no obligation to commit long-term. Ongoing support may be recommended depending on your needs, but all packages are optional and reviewed monthly.

Scope of care

This service does not include psychiatric diagnosis, psychological testing, emergency or crisis intervention, prescription of medication. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health emergency, seek immediate professional or emergency support. Clients requiring urgent care will be redirected to appropriate services.
