Axis Wellness services are available to individuals aged 18 and above.
Nature of service
Axis Wellness provides therapeutic-informed mental wellness care focused on reflective conversation, emotional support, and clarity. This service does not include psychiatric diagnosis, medication, emergency intervention, or crisis care.
Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential and handled with professional discretion. Information is not disclosed except where there is a legal obligation to report serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Sessions and punctuality
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full session fee still applicable.
Technical interruptions
Axis Wellness is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity or technical issues outside the provider's control.
Communication
All official communication takes place via the Axis Wellness website and email. Text messaging or informal communication is not used.
Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the scope, boundaries, and expectations above.
